To use a silicone muffin cake mould and cup, follow these steps:
1. Preparation: Preheat your oven to the temperature specified in your recipe. Ensure that the silicone mould is clean and free from any debris. Place the silicone mould on a baking sheet for stability, if desired.

Note that silicone may conduct heat differently, so the baking time might vary slightly from traditional metal pans.
